Dispatch & Shipping Times
Each product is custom created according to your design specification and dispatched within 2-7 working days*.
Our courier service Cloud Express Courier LLC, deliver parcels within 3 - 14 working days subject to Dubai Customs and Dubai Municipality Inspections.
Cloud Express Couriers will call you prior to delivery to organise a mutually convenient time and your parcel will need to be signed for on receipt. Your Stuck On You Order number is conveniently your tracking number too.
Occasionally we ship items separately, in this instance, you will not be charged any additional shipping cost.
Order confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address used when placing your order and when your shipment has been dispatched. Please check your junk mail if it does not appear in your inbox.
* Please Note: During sales, peak purchasing periods such as Christmas and Back To School months of August/September our dispatch times may be delayed due to the personalisation process and the volume of orders we receive.
Shipping & Handling Costs
All orders throughout the United Arab Emirates are charged at a flat rate of AED 25.
